  5. Shop at grocery stores or supermarkets, not on convenience stores or small shops.
  6. Get to know the food prices on every store and compare. 
  7. Avoid grocery shopping when you are hungry.
  8. Familiarize with the supermarket layout and know where the healthy foods are located.
  9. Purchase in season. Fruits and veggies are cheaper when they are in season.
  10. Purchase frozen or canned. When fresh fruits and veggies are already out of season or just too expensive, purchase frozen or canned vegetables and fruits.
